Who Am I?
My name is Pauline, I’m a full time software engineer and mother of 4 girls under 10. Keeping my family and friends safe from invisible toxins is my number one priority.
Why Toxins?
Current statistics show kids have a shorter life expectancy than their parents! These are alarming statistics. But the truth is that it doesn’t have to be your reality.
There are toxins hiding in our food, house, cleaning supplies, and skin care products.
Daily exposure to so many different toxins affects our health.
My Story
In high school I read the daily news headlines on google. The dangerous chemicals allowed in food due to lack of regulation made me think.
After I graduated college and got married I began to investigate more. It was without question a gradual process to transform our eating and lifestyle habits.
Our first daughter had terrible eczema which she out grew. Our second daughter arrived with eczema AND food allergies (dairy, eggs, peanuts, wheat). I did not sit around and accept that steroid creams and toxic soaps, lotions, cleaning product, medicines and foods were the right answer.
This experience taught me many things. All the information, the research is about finding what works for your family instead of going with the latest fad.
Now more than ever it’s easy to find information at the tips of your fingers with an internet search. But how do we find the truth about everyday toxins among the information overload?
The good news is that I like to keep it simple.
In my free time I listen to podcasts and catch up on the latest news. I listen to all the experts so you don’t have to.
