BUT the truth is that it doesn’t have to be your reality.
There are toxins hiding in our Food, House, Cleaning Supplies, and Skin Care Products.
Being exposed to many different toxins on a daily basis can have negative effects on our health. This is why its crucial for us to be aware of toxins – where they come from and the potential harm they cause. With the proper knowledge we can take steps to lower our exposure.
It all started during high school. Back then I would read the daily news headlines on google. The harsh truth was there right in front of me, there were dangerous toxins in our every day food. Why was there such a lack of regulation? Why doesn’t it faze people?
Life went on, after all people weren’t falling over dead from eating toxins in food.
I graduated college, got married I began to dig into it more. It was without question a gradual process to transform our eating and lifestyle habits.
Our first daughter had terrible eczema which she out grew. Our second daughter arrived with eczema AND food allergies (dairy, eggs, peanuts, wheat). I did not sit around and accept that steroid creams and toxic soaps, lotions, medicines and foods were the right answer.
The experience taught me many life-changing things.
No answer works for everyone. We are all unique individuals.
